The Arc

We start with understanding—getting clear on who you are, how you work, what you actually want. From there, we design a real way forward. Then we build it. By week 12, you’ll have clarity, direction, and a life that’s starting to feel more like yours.

The Process

1. Discovery Call

We talk. You share what’s going on, what you’re hoping to shift, what’s been frustrating you. I share how I work. We both get a sense of whether this is the right fit. No obligation. Just honest conversation.

2. Intake Session

If we move forward, we start with a deep-dive intake session. You tell me your story—where you are now, where you want to be, what’s been in your way. This is where I get to know you and we establish what we’re working toward.

3. Weekly Sessions

Every week, we meet for 50 minutes. We get curious about what’s happening, what you’re learning about yourself, what’s shifting. We identify patterns, explore what’s in your way, and build real solutions. Between sessions, you’re doing the work—trying new things, noticing what’s different, building momentum.

4. By Week 12

You have clarity on who you are and what you actually want. You’ve identified what’s been holding you back and replaced it with something better. You have a real vision for your life and the tools to keep building it forward.
