Hi, I’m Jennifer, a chaos conductor by nature. I’m a deeply creative thinker, a perpetual learner, and the parent of two fantastic neurodivergent girls. I spent years stuck. Not because I lacked discipline or intelligence, but because I didn’t understand what was actually getting in my way. I was living a life that looked fine from the outside, but nothing felt sustainable. I was disconnected from what mattered to me, and I didn’t know how to change it.
Change came when I learned to ask better questions. What do I actually want? What matters to me? Who am I outside of what everyone else needs from me? Once I started getting honest about that, everything shifted.
I started coaching in the ADHD space because I saw people struggling with the same thing: they understood their struggles, but they didn’t understand themselves. They had insights but no real plan to move forward. Through my work, I translate brain-friendly principles into a practical, structured life management framework for adults from all walks of life. Whether your brain is neurodivergent or simply overwhelmed by modern life, I provide the structure, accountability, and strategy you need to break out of survival mode.
What I discovered is that this work applies to everyone. Whether you have ADHD or not, whether you’re burned out or just stuck, most people need the same thing: to understand what’s blocking them and to build a real way forward designed around who you actually are and how you actually work.
Most coaching is surface-level: better systems, cleaner schedules, more discipline. But real change requires understanding you—how your mind works, what drains your energy, what you actually value. With my background in education and years of training in how people learn and change, I know what it takes to help people create sustainable, real change.
How I work
We get clear on what’s actually happening. Not what you think should be happening. What’s really going on, why you’re stuck, and what you actually want instead.
We figure out what’s in your way. Usually it’s not what you think. It’s the mismatch between how you work and how you’re trying to live. Between what matters to you and what you’re actually doing. Between who you are and who you’ve been trying to be.
We design a real way forward. One that’s built on who you actually are, not who you think you should be. And then we make it happen—with clarity, intention, and a path you can actually follow.
What You Can Expect
- You get clarity on what actually matters. You stop treating everything as equally urgent. Instead, you know what deserves your time and energy—and what doesn’t. Your days start reflecting what you actually care about, not just what’s loudest.
- You manage your energy instead of burning out. You understand what drains you and what refuels you. You stop running on empty. And you actually have space to enjoy the moments that matter—with your family, in your work, in your life.
- Your decisions become intentional. Instead of defaulting to what you’ve always done or what someone else expects, you make choices based on what works for you. The constant second-guessing stops. You move with clarity instead of doubt.
- You let go of the beliefs holding you back. The voice that says you’re not enough, that something’s wrong with you, that you should be further along—that starts to quiet down. You see possibility instead of just problems.
- You identify what’s keeping you stuck—and you replace it. The habits, the patterns, the ways you sabotage yourself—we find them and build something different in their place. Things that actually work for you, not against you.
- You have a real vision for your life. Not some fantasy version, but something that actually feels possible. Something you can build toward without the weight of shame or impossibility.
