Hi, I’m Jennifer Bernardi. I began this career as a certified ADHD coach. Over the past several years, coaching people in the ADHD space taught me something important: this work isn’t really about executive functioning skills or productivity systems. It’s about helping people understand themselves and design a life that actually fits.

That insight applies to everyone. The burned-out professional. The lost parent. The person who’s achieved everything they thought they wanted and still feels empty. They all need the same thing: clarity on who they are, permission to want more, and someone to help them build it.

I’m also a former educator, which shaped how I coach. I ask good questions. I listen for what’s underneath. And I believe you’re not broken—you’re just exhausted from trying to move through life in a way that was never designed for how you actually work.
